After hours service is for urgent maintenance issues dealing with safety, security or property damage. You may contact the service at (613) 736-6280.
Maintenance Request and Tracking
This system allows residents to initiate and track there maintenance or administrative request.
For example:
- An owner makes an online request to repair a window frame;
- The manager contacts the contractor to initiate repairs;
- Comments are added to the request with helpful information about the repair process (e.g. contractor name and number);
- The resident can log in to see the progress of the request and/or add additional comments concerning that repair (i.e. additional work is required)
Each request becomes a two-way dialogue between the resident and the manager (much like email) but specific to a single request. Each new request creates a new dialogue.

I tried to register and received a "Data Validation Error." Why does this happen?
The two most common reasons are:
- The fields with the asterisk are required,
- The postal code must be entered without the space, i.e. K1B3W7.
